Refund Policy

Fees will only be refunded if there is a duplicate transaction using the same credit or debit card. To obtain a refund, you must send a written refund request (see below) postmarked within 45 days of the date on which you purchased your on line packet. No refunds will be provided after 45 days have passed from the date of your purchase.

Written requests for a refund should be typed or hand written in blue or black ink, prepared and signed by the person whose name is on the credit or debit card, with the account password, the reason why you are requesting a refund, and the type of packet purchased with this credit or debit card.
